Terms of Service

Last updated : October 23, 2026

1. Purpose

AnatSaaS is an online service that coaches people through building SaaS software, led by an AI-based coach (Anat). These terms govern use of the service and subscriptions.

2. What the service provides, and what it does not guarantee

The service provides generated content (ideas, plans, scripts, estimates) and coaching. This content is indicative.

No revenue, customer count, business result or resale price is guaranteed. Estimates rely on visible, editable assumptions.

Anat is not a substitute for a lawyer, accountant, financial advisor or health professional.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time.

4. Subscriptions, pause and cancellation

Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically. Prices are shown before any payment.

You can pause for up to 3 months, switch plans or cancel in 2 clicks from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

During the pause nothing is charged and access to the features is suspended; your data is kept and you can still export it.

The starter questions and the revenue simulator are free. Started subscription periods are not refunded.

Payments are processed by Stripe. In most countries, the subscription is resold to you by Link, Stripe's payment service (shown as "Sold through Link" at checkout): Link collects the payment, applies and remits your local sales tax or VAT, and its terms apply to the payment. The service itself is provided by the publisher, who remains your contact for everything else.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the service for illegal or deceptive activities: fake reviews, buying views, undisclosed advertising, misleading claims, artificially inflating metrics, or circumventing third-party platform terms.

6. Content ownership

Content generated for you belongs to you and can be exported at any time. The service, its brand and its code remain the publisher's property.

7. Liability and governing law

The service is provided with care but without any guarantee of permanent availability: interruptions (maintenance, provider outages) can happen. Generated content is indicative and you remain solely responsible for your decisions and how you act on them.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount paid for the subscription over the last 12 months. It is never excluded for intent or gross negligence, or where the law forbids it. Neither party is liable for failures caused by force majeure.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva (canton of Geneva), subject to the mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers and to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
